An opportunity has opened up for a Lawyer to join our firm. The new team member will assist with helping our clients with conveyancing transactions, as well as other general office duties such as marketing, relationship building and communications. The role will be part of a small team of conveyancing clerks, and also key to setting the right cultural practices of Wealthsource.

Team members are part of a family at Wealthsource. We’re looking for someone who is not only meticulous and detail oriented, but also enjoys being part of a close-knit team and learning together how to continuously better deliver services to our clients.

The successful applicant will be someone very keen to learn and wants variety of work. We support our staff in their career growth and are looking for someone keen develop and grow with the Firm.

Duties and responsibilities

*support the team to ensure our workflow process is followed
*assist and facilitate marketing initiatives, relationship building and communications
*learn to manage key conveyancing documentation requirements
*prepare documentation for banks, other external authorities and to clients
*respond to email and phone queries from clients and external parties
*basic receptionist duties
*general office administration tasks

Skills, experience and qualifications

*excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*strong attention to detail, proactive and willingness to learn
*no conveyancing experience required, but must have an undergraduate degree in Law

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time role, regular hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
